Part C Of Final

Good Habit
All I did to edit and enhance this photo is use the blur tool to help focus it more on her hand gripping onto the weight, and I also boosted the contrast. Looking back at the original,I do think the retake is better than the first shoot I did for this photo challenge just because I let myself be more creative with the retake.
Low Angle
To edit this image I made the color balance bring out wore yellow and I also darkened it a little bit to emphasize the ripstick more. The focus is still on the end of the ripstick at the bottom of the photo when it is close up. Comparing this to the original i think this shoot is more creative and brings out a better feeling.
Obsession
Editing this image only took a few things. I pulled out more black levels, brought out more colors using increased saturation, and blurred out the back to focus more on the sun like the original focus was. This photo compared to my last shoot for this photo challenge defintely shows what you can do to think deeper into what the photo challenge idea could mean to you.

Part A of Final

Good Habit
The strengths of this photo are the lighting and the positioning. The view point of this photo is at an angle that shows the build of her arm and how shes holding the weight. For this image I did bot use the rule of thirds but I did kind of make it so her arm was in the center of the photo. The focus of my photo is her hand gripping the weight. It provokes more of a healthy and motivational mood.
Obsession
One strength of this photo is the unique placement of my hand with the sun in the center. The view point is aimed to be right in the center of the circle my fingers created. I did not use rule of thirds with this photo either. The focus is right where the sun is.It creates a relaxing mood that also gives off the feeling of a fun night.
Low Angle
The strengths of this photo are the angle and the close up at the bottom of the photo. The view point is down the driveway. For this image I did not use rule of thirds but I did make it so the ripstick was aiming straight down the driveway. The focus is on the bottom of the photo where the ripstick's end is right in front of the lens. This picture creates a playful mood.

Young Photographers Inspiration

I chose Silvia Grav and Rachel Baran because they're photos are really interesting to look through. Silvia's images are mostly black&white with some that have little light and color too. Her photos intrigue me because they create a sort of gloomy and curious mood. The images aren't sad or depressing but are still creative. Rachel's photos are a mix of confusing, colorful, dull, and mysterious ones. Her pictures are mostly photo shopped but still have a real-looking effect with the photo shopped parts. Some of her pictures have a surrealism look but are bright and colorful, too. I like her images because her ideas are really creative and creative various types of moods all throughout each one.
