Surrealism is a movement of photography that started in the 1920's and created erractic juxstaposition of images. It basically creates its own Alice In Wonderland world that seems almost realistic. This is an example by Chris McKenney that I'm in love with because of the creepy and scary theme.

Pop Art
For my Pop Art assignment I chose to use my Arnold Palmer from Dunkin Donuts. The photo filter for cutout helped me to get the different darks and light shades to decide what colors to use for my paint swatches. I also, before using the cutout filter, made it black and white to see more of the shadows and layers of colors.

Billy Apple
Pop Art is a movement that was made during the early 1950's, and includes imagery from popular culture such as news, clothing, or celebrities, etc. Billy Apple's work is considered Pop Art because he takes photos of popular brands or people there are in this generation. I like his work beacuse its really simple, but also has alot of color and detail along with it.

Sara's Double Exposure Hands
For my second double exposure I used Sara'a hands and blened it with a layer of a landscape. All I had to do was open both pictures up, blend them together, and fix the black and white levels.
