Still-Life

This still-life image is mostly like the original but, I played around with a couple of cooling filters and also tooled with the contrast and shadows.
For my second still-life photo I applied a black & white filter, then added the tiniest bit of green to it. After i finished the major changes, I adjusted little things that stood out with the bandaid tool.
This final still-life image is just a black&white filter with little touches on lighting and brightness.

Canal

This photo is from the Cape Cod Canal, it shows the difference that lighting really creates. In the crevasse of each little wave it gets to a darker blue. At the horizon line, the reflection of the trees and houses are faded and enlonged to the waves.

Outdoor Layer Masks

This picture is a combined image of the Grist Mill in Plymouth, and one of my neighbor's flowers in her garden. The little droplets of water are clear and the sparkles among the water are, too.The flower blurres in and grabs the attention.
I took this picture when I was in New Hampshire off-roading. The view was really breath taking so I had to pull out my phone and take this. The mountains in the back draw attention to the clouds which is the part of the image that has the most light.
This picture is directly focused on the three-leaf clover, and the green color of it makes it stand out even more. You can see all the little fuzzies on each leaf. The clarity of the clover makes everything around it look blurred out.
